Sessions Offered

I offer sessions in-person & online via Zoom.
To ensure a smooth experience, please review our booking and payment policies:

 

Session In-Person

 

 

Usual Availability:

  • Mon - Wed: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

    

​Location and Parking:

  • The office is located at 12/18 Stirling Highway Nedlands, WA 6009.

  • Free parking is available right outside in front of the underground parking (2 spots - available for 1h appointments) or on Bruce street (1min walk).

Booking and Deposits:

  • A $50 deposit is required when booking online to secure your session. This deposit is applied to your total session fee. The remaining balance is paid in person.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me directly.

  • You can cancel anytime up to 24 before the booking time, and you will receive full refund (no questions asked).

  • In case of illness or unexpected circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.​

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will incur a charge equal to the deposit amount.

  • For no-shows, the full session cost will be charged.

Important Notes:

  • If you're running more than 10min late, please text/call me to let me know. Sessions may need to be shortened to accommodate subsequent appointments.​

  • Completion of the intake form is required prior to your session. This helps ensure your session is tailored to your needs and conducted safely and effectively. You will receive a secure link to the form upon booking. Please submit it at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Regular Hours:

    • Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

    • Friday: 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM

  • Weekend Hours:

    • Saturday: 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM

Booking and Deposits:

  • The session is conducted via Zoom. On the day of booking you will receive email confirmation with Zoom link.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

  • You will receive the Zoom link via email at the time of booking.

 

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me directly.

  • Cancellations made in less than 24 hours before the session will incur a charge of $50.

  • You can cancel anytime up to 24 before the booking time, and you will receive full refund (no questions asked).

  • For no-shows, the full session cost will be charged. I will wait on Zoom for up to 10min past the time of the appointment.

  • If you have issues with internet or zoom app, please text/call me to let me know. The session may need to be shortened to accommodate subsequent appointments.​​

Session Plans Available

 

Booking Process:

  • Choose from 3 session (saving $80) or 4 session (saving $100) plans for comprehensive treatment.

  • The initial session is up to 1.5h (includes consultation). Every following session is 1h.

  • Upfront payment required for all sessions in your chosen plan.

  • Select the date and time for your first appointment when booking. Subsequent sessions will be scheduled during your initial visit.

  • Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs and progress, in-person sessions can be used interchangeably: in-person/online.
     

Private Health Fund Rebates

 

I am a full clinical member of the Australian Hypnotherapists Association (AHA), and many private health funds offer rebates for hypnotherapy with AHA-registered practitioners.

 

Coverage varies significantly between health funds and individual policies. Please contact your provider directly to confirm whether your policy includes hypnotherapy and under what conditions.

 

Please note:

 

  • Medicare rebates and Mental Health Care Plans do not cover hypnotherapy.

  • Some health funds list hypnotherapy as covered, but only when provided by a registered psychologist.

When booking a single session, please specify the issue. If I'm unable to assist, I will contact you via phone (if provided) or email. If you already made payment and I can't help, you will receive full refund.
