Ensure you have a stable and reliable internet connection to minimise disruptions and maintain a smooth session.

  • Use a Compatible Device

Ensure your device is in a stable position to prevent it from falling over, and make sure you have Zoom installed before the session.

  • Choose a Quiet, Private Location

Inform household members or colleagues to not disturb you during the session

  • Check Audio and Video Settings

For the session, you need a working camera

  • Eliminate Distractions

Turn off notifications, close unnecessary applications, switch off your mobile phone to silent mode and keep pets away

  • Inform the Hypnotherapist of Specific Concerns

Such as physical limitations, mobility issues  or chronic pain conditions that might affect positioning or comfort during the session, hearing impairment, vision difficulties, language barriers or difficulties in comprehension, attention deficit disorders that might influence focus during the session

  • Respect Confidentiality

All hypnotherapy sessions, including online ones, are confidential. Please ensure your privacy by preventing unauthorized access or overhearing. Do not record or share any part of the session without explicit consent.
