Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refunds: Sessions are non-transferable to other individuals. To cancel or reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Full deposit refund available if cancelled 24+ hours before the session. $50 cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 24 hours of the session. Missed appointments are charged in full. Service Flexibility: If a different service is deemed more suitable after consultation, the payment can be transferred. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly. Special Circumstances: For illness, family emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances, contact us directly to discuss accommodations. Exceptions to these terms are at the therapist's discretion. Therapist Cancellation: The therapist reserves the right to cancel or reschedule at any time. No cancellation fee will be charged for therapist-initiated changes. A new appointment will be offered or a full refund provided if no suitable time is found. Service Quality: While we strive for the best outcomes, specific results from hypnotherapy sessions cannot be guaranteed.
