Cancellation Policy

Booking and Payment: A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time of the session, payable by card. Cancellation and Refunds: Sessions are non-transferable. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with 24+ hours’ notice are eligible for a deposit refund, minus transaction fees. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a $50 fee. Missed appointments are charged in full. Late Arrivals: Arriving late may shorten your session time without fee adjustment. Service Flexibility: If a different service is deemed more suitable after consultation, the payment can be transferred. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly. This applies only within the scope of services offered by the therapist. Therapist Cancellations: In rare circumstances, the therapist may need to cancel or reschedule a session. You will not be charged, and a new appointment will be arranged at a mutually convenient time. Client Intake Form: Completing the confidential client intake form is mandatory before your first session. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided; misrepresentation or omission may impact the session’s suitability or effectiveness, for which the therapist is not liable. Health and Safety: Please arrive in a clean and sober state. If you are unwell (e.g., flu symptoms), please contact us to reschedule. Clients arriving under the influence of drugs or alcohol may be refused service and charged in full. Confidentiality: All sessions are conducted in strict confidence, in accordance with professional ethical guidelines. Exceptions apply only in cases where there is a risk of harm to self or others, or where disclosure is required by law. Service Quality: While every effort is made to provide effective and ethical hypnotherapy, individual outcomes vary, and specific results cannot be guaranteed. Scope of Practice: Hypnotherapy is not a substitute for medical or psychological care. Clients are advised to consult appropriate professionals for diagnosis or treatment of any medical or mental health condition.
