Cancellation Policy

Booking and Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking via our secure online payment system. Sessions are non-transferable to other individuals. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund, minus transaction fees. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a $50 fee. Missed appointments are charged in full. Technology & Connection Issues: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a functioning device, stable internet connection, and a private environment for the session. In cases of technical disruption caused by the client’s connection or device failure, the session may be shortened or forfeited without refund. If the disruption is on the therapist’s side, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. Service Flexibility: If a different service is deemed more suitable after consultation, the paid amount can be transferred. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly. This applies only to services offered by the therapist and within a reasonable timeframe. Therapist Cancellation: In rare circumstances, the therapist may need to reschedule. No cancellation fee will apply, and a new appointment will be arranged at a mutually convenient time. Client Intake Form: Completing the confidential client intake form is a mandatory requirement to proceed. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided; misrepresentation or omission may impact the session’s suitability or effectiveness, for which the therapist is not liable. Clients must complete the form at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled session. No Recording Policy: To protect the privacy and confidentiality of both the client and the therapist, recording of sessions, whether by audio or video, is strictly prohibited without explicit prior consent from all parties involved. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the session without a refund. If consent is granted for recording, clients must not share or distribute the recording without written permission. Scope of Practice: Hypnotherapy is not a substitute for medical or psychological care. Clients are advised to consult appropriate professionals for diagnosis or treatment of any medical or mental health condition. Service Quality: While we strive for the best outcomes, specific results from hypnotherapy sessions cannot be guaranteed.
