Cancellation Policy
Booking and Payment: A deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due in full on the day of the session. Sessions are non-transferable to other individuals. Cancellation and Refunds: Full deposit refund available if cancelled 24+ hours before the session. $50 cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 24 hours of the session. Missed appointments are charged in full. To cancel or reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Service Flexibility: If a different service is deemed more suitable after consultation, the deposit can be transferred. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly. Special Circumstances: For illness, family emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances, contact us directly to discuss accommodations. Exceptions to these terms are at the therapist's discretion. Therapist Cancellation: The therapist reserves the right to cancel or reschedule at any time. No cancellation fee will be charged for therapist-initiated changes. A new appointment will be offered or a full deposit refund provided if no suitable time is found. Service Quality: While we strive for the best outcomes, specific results from hypnotherapy sessions cannot be guaranteed.
